Fun at our Family Summer Arts Program!
Under the watchful eyes of "Mr. Tim," "Ms. Tracy," and their fine helpers, HT kids and lots of other friends have been having a great time exploring and creating on Wednesday nights. Doesn't it look like fun? (Click photos to enlarge image.)
Actually, it makes me want to go downstairs and make a mess!
The Family Summer Arts Program will run again this coming Wednesday, the 27th at 7:00 p.m. Call the church for more details.
(Thanks to Tim Holman for photos!)

Greenwich rated among best places to live in USA
You already knew this, but Connecticut has lots of nice places to live. (Some expensive places, too!) So, few were very surprised to see a number of Connecticut towns hit Money magazine's list of the top 100 places to live in the USA.
Topping the list of Connecticut towns was Greenwich, at #12. (They must not have checked the gas prices!)
Also on the Money list were Tolland (#29), Colchester (#57), New Milford (#67), and Guilford (#78). We also have three of the top five towns in the US in terms of highest median income (Darien, New Canaan, and Wilton).

Calling All Cars
Harvest Time is in need of cheerful (and competent!) drivers for the Transportation Ministry. It's a great feeling to serve the Lord by serving others, so would you be willing to provide a ride to someone who has trouble getting out to services on their own?
Sign up at the Welcome Center or e-mail Chicky at the church.
Thanks!

Praisong Hits Harvest Time
Last night we enjoyed a wonderful time of worship and ministry as Harvest Time hosted the group Praisong from Oklahoma. We first met this great group of teens last year when they came to bless us by helping us with our landscaping. Currently on their summer tour, Praisong challenged us to "leave a legacy" by being sold out to the Lord.
Among the highlights was a strong theme of commitment following the example of St. Patrick, and we were inspired by a dramatic recital of his ancient prayer, St. Patrick's Breastplate.
Following the drama and music, the teens ministered to us powerfully at the altar.
Also in attendance were Pastor Dave and Cindy Clements from Trinity Church in NYC. Great to see you guys!
(Thanks to Tom Battista for photos!)

We've also begun Creative Arts Workshops for adults, under the direction of Heather Retzlaff. Last night, Heather led the first workshop, on the topic of "Creative Arts."
Come on out next Wednesday and enjoy Summer Arts! Start time: 7:00 p.m.
